Located in the heart of the CBD within the 530 Collins Street Building is Mr Mason, a French inspired bistro and bar featuring a lounge outdoor terrace and dining area.

Mr Mason’s menu is produce driven cuisine at its best. The menu changes regulalry with the seasons and reflects a casual, rustic sensibility.

Mr Mason boasts a boutique wine list made up of a selection of drops from Australia and aboard; most by the glass, because we want you to try them all!

Open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and dinner on Saturdays.

Mr Mason is also available for hire for private events 7 days a week.

With cosy, rustic surrounds, Mr Mason can accommodate for a variety of events, from team building to business lunches, client cocktail parties to celebratory dinners.

The spaces at Mr Mason can accommodate for groups as small as 10 and as large as 100. Packages can be tailored to suit your requirements.
